Paid Teacher Training
Paid Teacher Training – Teaching Apprenticeship Programme – Science, Maths, Design Technology and Geography
If you are looking to get into teaching, what better way to gain your Qualified Teacher Status than a Paid Teacher Training course that has no course and assessment fees and involves blending practical work based training with off-the-job training that will develop your knowledge of pedagogical theory?
Here at the Teaching Apprenticeship Programme, we are working with a range of Secondary schools across London who are looking to recruit graduates for shortage subjects (STEM, DT and Geography in particular) to enrol on this Paid Teacher Training Course. We are currently looking forward to our September intake, and many of our schools want to take graduates on beforehand for Learning Support Assistant or Cover Supervisor roles to give you a chance to get comfortable before your start on this Paid Teacher Training programme in July or September.
Entry Criteria for Paid Teacher Training:
- Minimum 2.2 Bachelor’s degree (in/related to the subject you want to teach).
- Cs or above in GCSE English & Maths
- Must have lived in the UK, EU or EEA
