We are working with a group of welcoming Primary schools in the Bucks area to find places for graduates such as yourself on this Paid Teacher Training course.
The Teaching Apprenticeship Programme is one year long, is fee free, and is a Paid Teacher Training opportunity – Meaning that you will earn a competitive salary whilst you train, without having to pay for the costs associated with training.
As a Primary Trainee Teacher, you will find yourself in a classroom from day one; being supported and mentored by experienced teachers as you observe and teach lessons – giving you a wealth of hands on experience that will boost your personal and professional development. This practical training will be underpinned by the two written assignments you will complete that will give you a solid understanding of the theory of pedagogy.
By combining practical work based experience and high quality training, the Teaching Apprentice Programme allows Primary Trainee Teacher’s to train towards QTS at a rate that suits them, whilst building up the skills that they will be using throughout their career.
After one year as a Primary Trainee Teacher, you will receive your Qualified Teacher Status and be able to teach at any School in the country!
