The ideal Early Years Phase Leader will understand the needs of children from all walks of life and how to cater for different abilities and learning needs.
As the appointed Early Years Teacher and Early Years Phase Leader, the ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate secure knowledge across the Seven Learning Areas. With the added ability to plan highly effective input and provision, the successful Early Years Teacher and Early Years Phase Leader will be able to collaborate well with colleagues to raise attainment.
Based within Wood Green, Haringey, the children have access to the newest facilities and resources with the school focusing on pupils in developing respect towards looking after property and each other. In addition to state-of-the-art rooms designed for Music and ICT, experienced EYFS practitioners complete the team and are a crucial part in supporting children’s academic and pastoral progress in the Foundation stages.
